You can easily check your order status online by logging into your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched, this will contain your tracking number. Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Click link to see where we ship to and for our shipping costs.
It depends on where you are. Orders are normally processed the next working day. For UK orders, please allow 3-5 business days to arrive. We do offer next day delivery for UK orders. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. For more delivery information, please see link here.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, your notification email will state the courier used.
Returns & Exchanges
Of course you can! We offer a refund or exchange on all items providing your order is returned to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please see instructions on how to return your order and our full returns policy here.
Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not offer free returns. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We do recommend to us a tracked delivery service when posting the order back to us.
If you require an exchange, please state on your returns note the item colour and size that you require. We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different colour/size for the same value.
Please note that it can take up to 10 days for your return to be delivered to us and we cannot guarantee that your exchange item will be in stock. If items for exchange are not available, we will issue a refund.
